HOT SPRING TOURISM SMALL TOWN
Ⅰ.General Situation
Located on the north suburb of Anning City,the Hot Spring Town-ship is 40 kilometers away from Kunming and 8 kilometers away from Aning,and makes a name for its natural Jade Hot Spring. The area of jurisdiction is 109 square kilometers.The altitude gets higher to 2538 meters and lower to 1820 meters.The annual av-erage temperature is 13.6°.Within the scope of one-hour eco-nomic circle of Kunming City ,it boasts convenient transportation for Anning-Chuxiong Expressway and Chengdu-Kunming Rail-way passing through the town.
The Hot Spring Township is rich both in natural and human re-sources.THe whole area is characterized by its numerous scenic spots and historic sites as Caoxi Temple founded in the Tianbao and Jianzhong period of the Tang dynasty,cliff inscription,Sanchao Shengshui,the former residence of Li Genyuan and Three-wonder Stele.Moreover,it has developed a lot of modern scenic spots for ecological recreation as Phoenix Hill Forest Park,Yiweili Ecologic Valley,Muyang Lake Scenic Spots and Jinfang Japanses-style open Forest Thermal Spring.It also built yunnan Buddhism Colledge unified the three types of Buddhism sects in China,namely Han Language Buddhism,Southern Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism.Last but not least,it is named as a natural oxygen bar for the coverage of forest reached 79.29%.
The central area of the Hot Spring Township covers 0.5 square kilometers.Belonging in the high-quality drinking carbonate-type spring,the daily thermal water supply reached 12,000 cubic meters.Nowadays,the daily water intake of eleven hot spring mouths is 7,500 cubic meters.It has become a scenic spots featured as the thermal spring by integrating with different functions as holiday enjoying,recreation,recuperating and conference service.It receives sixty thousand tourists every year.It has 32 rather small and low-rank receiving spots including hotels,convalescent homes and gusting houses.It is lower in resources utilizatin.The Anning government has prepared a detailed control plan in an area of 28.51 spuare kilometers since it was listed in 60 specialized tourism towns of Yunnan Province in 2006.The area of land for developing and establishing is 930 hectares.
Ⅱ.An Introduction to Imported Projects(Periphery of Central Area)
(1)Project of Anning Hot Spring International Conference Center:It is located on the central area of Hot Spring International Conference Center and covers an area of 640 hectares,for the purpose of developing high-end tourism scenic spots integrated sports,recreation and convalescing.
(2)Project of Jinye Scientific and Technical Training Center:It is located on the central area of Qiumu Theme Park and covers an area of 27 hectares,for the purpose of developing a base for technical personael training and recuperating.
(3)Project of China International Tennis Center:It is located on the central raea of the Hot Spring Tourism and Holiday Zone and covers an area of 8 hectares,for the purpose of developing a base for domestic and international tennis games as well as tennis training school.
(4)Project of Hot Spring Music Vally:It is located on the central area of Qiumu Theme Park and covers an area of 23 hectares,for the purpose of developing a performance hall for concerts and other theatrical items and a base for convalescence and recreation.
(5)Project of Yunnan De An Hospital:It is located on the central area of the Hot Spring Tourism and Holiday Zone and covers an area of 25 hectares,for the purpose of developing a base for providing medical and convalescing service for high-end population of Suotheast Asian countuies.
Ⅲ.Orientation of Investment Recruitment
Through developing and integrating existing tourism resources as a whole,it shall buile a variety of tourism facilities for high-rank conferenceand exposition,fitness and recreation,holiday enjoying and convalescing,shopping and entertaining.By forming an eye-catching convalescing and recreation resorts with larg scale tourism service in Kunming even in China,the town shall add to the prestige of the Number One Hot Spring.
