BT PROJECT OF ANNING TO ANFENGYING GRADE I HIGHWAY

Ⅰ.Construction details and technical norms

The Anning to Anfengying Grade 1 highway will commence from k0+000 to link with the secondary line of An-Chu Expressway(Xinshaowan),to newly build four kilometers of Grade 1 highway from the starting poing,and meet with the old national 320 at the plain ground. The followed project is to enlarge the old nation road 320, ending up at the point of K19+900 when reaching Lubiao Street of Anning city,the entire distance of the road is 19.9 kilometers.And this new road construction will be grade 1,with 32m roadbase and 80km/hr.of designed speed.

This project will be carried out in pace with the construction of the indus-trial park of Kunming Steel Shareholding Company of Wuhan Steel Group,and at the same time ,it will complete the rapid transport connection of the city proper with Caopu Industrial Park ,to bring alng the economic development of the places along the highway,such as Caopu,Qing long and Lubiao. It certainly has greet strategic significance for the local eco-nomic development.Presently,both the project feasibility study and the preliminary design have completed.
